About Us

Saskatchewan Egg Producers (SEP) is the egg marketing entity for regulated egg farmers in the province. Our regulated egg farmers operate under the system of supply management which ensures consumers receive fresh, local, high-quality eggs and that farmers get fair returns based on the cost to produce a dozen eggs in Canada.
In addition SEP monitors our farmers as part of the national animal care program and the Start Clean Stay Clean program to ensure quality care of laying hens in a clean and safe environment.
