Bruce Willis: Bruce is the Office Managing Partner for KPMG in Canada's Regina office and the Advisory Business Unit Leader for Regions West focused on delivering Risk Consulting, Deal Advisory and Management Consulting services to our offices in Winnipeg, Saskatoon, Regina, Edmonton, Lethbridge, Vernon, Kelowna, Kamloops and Prince George. With over 35 years of professional service experience, Bruce provides assurance and risk-based business advisory services to the public sector, publicly-traded companies and private organizations. He is an experienced project manager and has facilitated dozens of consultative sessions with the public, senior management, boards and audit committees to support business process improvement, risk assessment and risk management projects including managing diverse teams in multiple locations. He has provided various advisory services to organizations including enterprise risk management, internal audit, governance, strategic planning, internal control, business case development, and assistance with various aspects of procurement from needs assessment to governance and oversight.

Randy Brunet: Randy has worked with various organizations on privacy law interpretation, impact assessments and compliance plans, and implemented privacy procedures required by the Health Information Protection Act and Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act.
His experience with information technology law includes negotiating and drafting licensing agreements; software development, implementation, maintenance and support agreements; outsourcing agreements; service bureau and data centre agreements; hardware purchase and maintenance agreements; marketing and distribution agreements; agreements for the sale and purchase of software and technology; and agreements including copyright, patent and other intellectual property issues. Randy also has experience with IT service and software procurement and IT project reviews and rescues. He has extensive IT industry experience. Randy has provided a wide range of privacy law advice to public and private organizations and conducted Privacy Impact Assessments for regional and province-wide health-care programs and IT applications.
