Event Description:
Join the Saskatchewan Chamber of Commerce and the Tokata HR Solutions team in person for an afternoon session to learn about Indigenous HR and Retention and how to build relationships with Indigenous Businesses in Saskatchewan. 

This advanced session is designed for business professionals and Human Resource managers to get a greater understanding of Indigenous People's barriers to employment and recruitment within your organization. This session will also provide an overview of how to conduct business with Indigenous Peoples, businesses, and organizations. 

This program is open to the Saskatchewan Chamber Members and the general public. 

About Tokata HR Solutions
Tokata HR Solutions is the Indigenous Recruitment Division of FHQ Developments, located in Regina, SK.  They launched the Indigenous HR Strategy in May, 2022 that is aimed at recruiting, training and coaching Indigenous Talent for in-demand industries.  Saskatchewan is facing significant labour market challenges and Indigenous People will be a large part of your workforce now and in the future.  The strategy aims to work with Investors and employers to build the talent if it is not there today.  The Tokata HR Solutions team will be delivering an advanced session of Indigenous Awareness Training, Level 2: Indigenous Relations Training.
