Broken down into 4 modules\, each session includes a 1-hour presentation followed by 30 minutes of Q&A with participants.\n\n\n\nOpen to the SCC membership and the general public\, this introductory session covers the history of Saskatchewan's First Nation & M tis peoples from pre-contact to today\, including Treaties and the TRC Calls to Action.\n\n \n\nJohn Lagimodiere is the province's leading expert in providing Indigenous Awareness Training with over 20 years of experience. His business\, ACS Aboriginal Consulting Services\, is a past ABEX winner and has contracts with the Government of Saskatchewan and PostashCorp. John Lagimodiere has a close relationship with the SCC and has served as co-MC for the ABEX Awards for several years.\n\n \n\nThis session is a prerequisite to all advanced levels of Indigenous Awareness Training. \n\n\n\nPayment\n\n \n\nAll fees are due at the time of registration. If registering online or by phone\, please use a credit card. If you would like to be invoiced\, please contact mgeres@saskchamber.com to discuss available options.\n\n \n\nRefunds and Withdrawals\n\n \n\nAll sessions are conditional upon a minimum enrollment. Registration is on a first-come\, first-served basis. If we cancel a session\, a full refund or transfer to another session will be issued.\n\n \n\nThe withdrawal deadline for all sessions is 3 calendar days prior to session start date. Transfers may be accepted up to 24 hours before the session date. There is no refund after the withdrawal deadline.
