DESCRIPTION:The Saskatchewan Chamber of Commerce has partnered with Saskatchewan Polytechnic's School of Continuing Education to deliver virtual programming throughout the province.  Programming is focused on meeting the needs of the local business community by providing training solutions tailored towards business and skills that are in high demand or trending.\n\n\n\nCourse Description:\n\n\n\nGain an understanding of what professional customer service is by learning about the Five Drivers of Service Excellence and the Service Value Chain and how these help you to connect with customers. Practice the importance of positive language and learn the patterns than can result in challenging situations. This interactive workshop will show you how to go the extra mile that makes a difference to your customer.\n\n\n\nTuition: $262.00 including GST\n\nCourse Code: TRSL-1214\n\n16 non-credit hours\n\n\n\nMay 11-12 and Jun 7-Jul 2 sessions also available.\n\n\n\nThis self-paced course can be completed on your own time. You have until April 30th to complete it and receive a grade.\n\n\n\nAbout Online Learning\n\n\n\nOnline learning is distance learning method that uses the Internet. You access course materials by logging into your course anywhere that is convenient for you. Based on your schedule\, you can work for a few minutes or a few hours.\n\n\n\nYou will have email and telephone access to an instructor. You can also communicate with the instructor and other students through chat groups and discussion rooms or through other conferencing and collaboration tools.\n\n\n\nDepending on the course\, you may have to attend skill labs and/or clinical experiences where you will apply your newly acquired knowledge and skills.\n\n\n\nThe online tool we use is Brightspace (D2L).
